We are currently looking for an experienced logistics and transportation professional to provide operational customer service support in our Montreal Dorval office.
The Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating shipment follow up and delivery according to our customer’s needs.Responsibilities: Transportation Operations (Dispatching, tracking, and scheduling of orders)Preparing required shipping documentation.
Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers
Transportation Operations (Dispatching, tracking, and scheduling of orders)Preparing required shipping documentation.
Setting up freight (North America & internationally)
Data entry into software system (Freight application/AS 400)
Complete documentation required (for domestic and international)
Tracking and tracing of shipments with carriers
- Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM

Must have at least 5 - 7 years air export with some ocean export ocean experience.
Experience working in Ocean Exports dealing with containers
Customer service experience at least 2-3 years
Great communication and customer service skills, detail-oriented, and strong organization skills
Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented,
High level of multi-tasking skills
Possess professional phone mannerisms
Fast pace environment
Flexible to do many tasks
