Job Details
The City of St. Albert is recruiting an individual to join our Recreation & Parks department as an Analytics and Business Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Supervisor, Analytics and Business Operations, this position will be responsible for supporting the Recreation & Parks department in the design and implementation of enterprise systems and workflows that support departmental business processed
Qualifications

A two-year Diploma in Business Administration, Business Analysis or a related field combined with 3 years of related experience is required.

Completion of Microsoft Fundamentals (900-level) certification in a relevant area (e.g., Power Platform or Data) is required.

Experience in with Agresso, Intelli, Microsoft Power Platform specifically PowerBl, Power Automate and PowerApps is required.

Intermediate or advanced Microsoft certifications (300-level) are considered an asset.

Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered.
Hours of Work

Benefit from flexible work hours by adjusting your start and end times by 30 or 60 minutes around our core hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Optional – We offer a compressed bi-weekly work schedule of 72 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 – 5:00, with a biweekly regular day off (RDO).
Compensation

The salary ranges from $68,536.26 - $84,350.76 per year, including a comprehensive benefits package with a flexible spending account, pension plan, and accrued paid vacation starting at 3 weeks per year.
