Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of work area according to food safety standards
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, and specials to make personalized recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink portions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
