POSITION TYPE:
PART TIME
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys quiet, independent work in professional office and residential settings.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:
- Reliable, trustworthy and honest
- Enjoys working independently and takes pride in clean, detailed work
- Physically capable of routine cleaning tasks
- Communicates clearly and shows up as scheduled
- Comfortable working without close supervision and managing time responsibly
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- All work is completed with respect for client spaces, privacy, and property
- Detailed cleaning of commercial common areas and offices
- Weekly inventory of supply and material
- Following proper procedures and safety protocols
- Use of software applications for Job Management and Timesheet recording
- Communication with Project Manager and Scheduling Administrator
- Personal vehicle to and from all job sites
Working days are:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Every two months: one Wednesday evening shift (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Keen attention to detail
- Have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License and personal reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain a clear criminal background check
- Working smart phone
COMPENSATION:
- PAID on the site training
- Paid drive time between jobsites!
- Provision of all cleaning supplies and equipment!
