Delivery Truck Driver – HIAB / Crane Operator

Best Choice Form Rentals Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dependable Delivery Truck Driver – HIAB / Crane Operator to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for delivering and picking up formwork, construction materials, and equipment at commercial and residential construction sites throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We are looking for someone who takes pride in operating safely, providing excellent customer service, and representing our company professionally on every job site.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate company delivery trucks equipped with a HIAB, knuckle boom, or truck-mounted crane.
- Deliver and pick up formwork, shoring equipment, and construction materials at customer job sites.
- Load, unload, and place materials safely and efficiently using the crane.
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and site personnel.
- Assist with yard operations, equipment organization, and material preparation when required.
- Maintain clean and well-presented company vehicles and equipment.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence with Air Brake Endorsement.
- Experience operating a HIAB, knuckle boom, or truck-mounted crane.
- Valid crane certification is an asset.
- Clean driving abstract and strong safety record.
- Knowledge of load securement requirements and transportation regulations.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle construction materials and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Forklift Certification an asset (not required)
- Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
