The Work (AKA What You’ll Brag About at Family BBQs or during the company fishing days)
- Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration & HVAC systems (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot like a champ.
- Keep everything safe, clean, and compliant.
- Deliver service that makes clients say: “Wow, that was fast!” or “Very professional, nice work!” or “Your very attractive for a Refrigeration Technician but you know your stuff as well”
The Must-Haves
- Licensed Refrigeration Technician (Journeyperson preferred, apprentices with strong experience also welcome).
- 2+ years of Refrigeration/HVAC experience.
- Current safety training (First Aid, Fall Protection, etc. — the same ones you need for most places).
- Valid driver’s license + clean record.
- Communication skills that extend beyond typing “Interested” in the comments.
- A reputation for being good at what you do (bonus points if someone other than your mom told you that).
