Position: VIDEO PRODUCER / ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and energetic VIDEO PRODUCER / ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, coordinating video production projects, and maintaining client accounts.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Develop detailed project proposals, schedules, production books, and budgets.
- Oversee all pre-production processes, including team recruitment, equipment sourcing, and vendor engagement.
- Ensure the quality of content produced aligns with client requirements and upholds agency standards.
- Coordinate and manage on-site and off-site video shoots, ensuring timely and efficient production.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all objectives are met.
Client Management:
- Manage and foster client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Communicate adeptly with clients to discern their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns promptly.
Business Development:
- Proactively seek out new clients and business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and present compelling pitches and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to support business growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
