Turnkey Site Solutions shoring division consists of a team of experienced staff that are well versed in all aspects of engineered earth retention systems, including piles and lagging, caisson piles, underpinning, steel piles, wood lagging, and shotcrete.


  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Prepare and submit project reports
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Enter financial transaction into database
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Assist in processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
  • Update accounts receivable
  • Update account payable and perform reconciliation
  • Analyze transactions and prepare reports
  • Participate in budgeting process
  • Support program/project transactions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Work with project teams to identify and develop revised/additional reporting as required
  • Assisting in audits of contract commitments and expenditures
  • Assist with the collection and reconciliation of related project payments, general expenditures, cost allocations and all other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications Required:

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Must be familiar with Quickbooks
  • Knowledge of project accounting, budgeting and cost control principles
  • High level of competency in the use of MS Excel
  • Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handling confidential and sensitive information, while maintaining effective working relationships
