Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to help strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand our network of General Contractors, Construction Managers, and Developers throughout Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Research General Contractors (GCs), Construction Managers (CMs), Developers, and upcoming construction projects.
- Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with vendor registrations and prequalification applications.
- Track and follow up on project opportunities and bid invitations.
- Maintain accurate records, contact databases, and activity reports.
- Support business development and relationship-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with new contacts by phone and email.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research.
- Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Assets (Not Required)
- Previous experience in business development, customer service, sales, administration, or client relations.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Ability to speak Turkish.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
