POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator supports key deliverables between Site Superintendents and Project Managers while working collaboratively with internal teams, Sub-Trades, General Contractors, and Suppliers. This role supports the preparation and execution of work plans and assists with the full project cycle, from initiation through completion.
The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to support multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Project Manager(s) with project administration, documentation, and coordination.
- Review material lists; acquire and review supplier quotes; issue purchase orders.
- Review and distribute shop drawings and assist with change order administration.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and document control.
- Compile and create Operations & Maintenance manuals.
- Assist with proposal writing and business development submissions, including gathering project information, coordinating documentation, drafting content, formatting submissions, reviewing requirements, and supporting deadline-driven proposal packages.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree in a related field, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, is required.
- Advanced computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Bluebeam Revu, and Jonas (asset).
- Strong digital literacy, including the ability to create, format, edit, organize, and manage professional documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, project files, templates, and correspondence.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software platforms, online submission portals, document management systems, and internal databases.
- High level of accuracy using computer-based tools for scheduling, document control, data entry, file organization, communication, reporting, and project administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to manage a consistent workload efficiently.
ASSETS
- Construction industry knowledge or experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Project Coordinator experience or related administrative/project support experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand field drawings and plans is considered an asset.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$60,000–$75,000 annual salary, based on experience.
