Job Summary
Ignite Health is a modern, multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our collaborative care team.
We provide evidence-informed treatment for musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and active populations. Our therapists work closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and acupuncture providers to deliver coordinated, outcome-based care.
This position is ideal for an RMT who values clinical practice, professional autonomy, and working within an integrated healthcare environment.
Duties
- Deliver therapeutic and rehabilitation-focused massage treatments
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers on shared cases
- Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes)
- Uphold professional and regulatory standards of care
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- Experience with deep tissue, therapeutic, or sports massage preferred
- Professional, reliable, and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- New graduates are welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80.00-$95.00 per hour
