Job Summary
Mobile Klinik is a professional smartphone repair and retail store. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Kelowna team on Harvey Avenue.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in-store with phone repairs and purchases
- Provide product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
- Support team members in daily store operations
Requirements
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Interest in mobile phones and technology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
