Cornerstone Commercial Services Ltd. is a growing construction company specializing in residential foundations and concrete work. We are currently looking for hardworking and reliable Form Strippers with experience in Duraform systems.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in foundation crews, concrete labour, and formwork removal who are looking for steady work with opportunities to grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Strip and remove Duraform foundation walls safely and efficiently
- Assist crew with general concrete labour tasks
- Remove ties, braces, and form panels after concrete curing
- Clean, stack, and organize formwork materials for reuse
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work effectively as part of a concrete foundation crew
Requirements
- Previous experience form stripping concrete walls (Duraform) preferred
- Experience in concrete or construction labour
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working long hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew
