What You’ll Be Doing
As an assistant cook at Y93 Sushi Crave Japanese Café, you’ll play a vital role in creating the delicious dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of Japanese comfort food.
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and under pressure.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
