The opportunity: 3-6 month contract, on-site in the office.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:

Manage the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings and sharing leads with your team.

Develop and promote our brand and employee value proposition through social media and events.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, Estimating, and Operations.

Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and industry events.

Support internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility.

Oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics.
Our ideal candidate has:

A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.

A minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
