The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for driving the online presence and digital brand of House Dental Centre. This role involves creating highly engaging visual content, building active online relationships with our community, and ensuring our brand reflects our high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is growth-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about storytelling through social platforms. This position requires a creative mindset paired with a data-driven focus on growth metrics. Daily collaboration with our positive team and ongoing brand strategy development is required.

Success Looks Like:
- Vibrant Feed: Maintaining a highly active, visually stunning, and full content calendar across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Community Growth: Consistently increasing online engagement, follower retention, and driving local patient inquiries via social channels.
- Flawless Brand Management: Keeping our Google Business Profile and Meta Business Suite optimized, updated, and highly rated.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Ensuring patients and online followers are highly impressed with our digital presence, leading to higher local practice awareness and patient referrals.
- Data-Driven Creativity: Participating in growth strategy alignment and implementing modern social media trends effectively.
Objectives:
- Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit eye-catching reels, TikToks, posts, stories, and graphics daily.
- Platform Management: Oversee and update our Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, and other active social media platforms.
- Software Mastery: Utilize CapCut, Canva, or similar photo and video editing apps to produce high-quality, polished media.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, track, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews daily to build strong community relationships.
- Growth Tracking: Track and report performance metrics monthly, including engagement rates, follower growth, and patient acquisition source tracking.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and implement fresh, creative social media strategies taught/aligned with practice targets.
- Event Coverage: Represent House Dental Centre at fundraising events in the community, capturing live content and marketing materials as needed.
Competencies:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably for a local business or client-facing brand.
- Highly motivated, driven, hardworking, and trend-aware.
- Comfort and proficiency using Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling dashboards.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to write engaging, on-brand captions.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a social media management or content creation environment (portfolio required).

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit/stand at a computer or handle recording equipment for prolonged periods of time.
