Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with pelvic health issues, including incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and biofeedback techniques.
- Educate patients on pelvic health management strategies and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately in medical records and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with advancements in pelvic health physiotherapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital or acute care environments is highly desirable.
- Strong background in pediatrics and patient-centered care approaches.
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology related to pelvic health and general physiotherapy practices.
