Job description:
The Quality Inn & Suites Petawawa, a ten-time Platinum Award winning hotel for guest satisfaction, and Choice Hotels Canada 2025 Hotel of the Year is currently seeking a select individual to join our hotel team in a new capacity/position as Houseperson. This position will support our operations in housekeeping and other areas of the hotel as needed.

Duties Include
- learning and adhering to Choice Hotels Commitment to Clean Protocols
- stripping linen/terry from rooms
- collecting garbage/recycling from vacant rooms
- cleaning and disinfecting all hotel common areas
- taking out garbage and recycling
- following safety protocols and cleaning according to provided training
- folding of all linen and terry
- assisting with pool & hot tub testing
- salting/shoveling sidewalks in winter months

- Expected hours/week – 12-30 - Hours will range depending on business levels of the hotel and abilities of the successful candidate.
- Rate of pay - $18/hr
Pay: $18.00 per hour
