Your Role
As a Service Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch taping and mudding solutions to building owners, property managers, and tenants.
Please note: this position includes weekend hours, night shifts, and on-call work.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute commercial drywall installations, taping/mudding, painting, and repairs.
- Manage client communications to ensure smooth scheduling and updates.
- Prepare and review job scopes, ensuring materials and tools are ready.
- Provide thorough documentation, including photos and signed work orders.
- Build strong client relationships with outstanding customer service.
What You Bring:
- Journeyman-level expertise in taping/mudding.
- Drywall installation and painting experience
- Carpentry skills and blueprint reading experience.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean record.
- Safety Certifications or willingness to obtain: WSIB, Working at Heights, and Worker H&S Awareness in 4 Steps.
- A professional, reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Union member or willingness to join.
