Summary
We are currently seeking RN's to join our team at Advanced Care Group in British Columbia. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team in various settings. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to excellence in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Valid RN with BCCNM
- Minimum 18 months experience
- Current BLS
- Any additional applicable certifications
