About the Position:
Job includes food preparation, on-site catering including transportation, set-up, serving and clean up. Applicants must exhibit a strong positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, as well as an exceptional work ethic.
Applicants must be self motivated, exhibit a strong desire for personal growth, as well as an eagerness to be supportive of and be supported by a wide variety of personalities within a large, like-minded team.
Job Duties:
- Food preparation to meet and exceed expectation of customers
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and work areas
- Ensure that meals conform to health safety codes and other requirements
- Assist other staff as required, especially during peak hours
- Set up and break down of catering events at various locations
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

- Speed and Efficiency: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by working quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of the dishes being prepared.
- Physical Stamina: Be capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 40lbs, ensuring the smooth setup and teardown of event spaces.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously within a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience or experience in the catering industry highly reccomended.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work swiftly while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Must possess physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects when needed and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, and must be available for evenings and weekends.
- Availability to work a 5 day work week, Wednesday through Sunday, with possibility of overtime during peak periods.
Pay:
- Hourly wage to be discussed
