Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred. Fluency in English is required.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Work in team environment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Follow company tasking and scope of work
- Represent our brand of reliability, trust, on time and pleasant
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching high areas
- Good time management skills to ensure punctuality and adherence to schedules
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Reliable transportation for timely arrival at client locations
