Role Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and horizontal machining systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize production runs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
- Use inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean, safe work environment
Role Requirements
- 5+ years operating either a CNC lathe or mill
- 2+ years setting up CNC lathes or mills
- Experience with vertical and horizontal machining centers
- Programming is an asset (not required)
- Able to read drawings and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs
