What will you do?
You will develop and maintain a stable Master Production Schedule by interpreting client forecasted demand (Commercial and PDS), taking into account available site capacities/resources while ensuring revenue targets are met.
Execute the weekly Planning Cycle (MPS/MRP/CAP).
Facilitate weekly Readiness meeting(s).
Review and Analyze long term forecasts to improve MRP accuracy.
Monitor and maintain the MPS in SAP.
Convert and peg demand in the form of Client PO and Schedule Request Form (SRF) into process orders.
Monitor and maintain Commercial sales order commit dates in SAP.
Ensure revenue targets are met by issuing a supportive Planning Schedule.
Analyze site capacity requirements, identify mid-long term bottlenecks and discuss corrective action with site management
Effectivity Date / Obsolescence Management.
Attend/lead Daily Operations meeting, weekly Planning meeting, monthly/quarterly Capacity Planning meeting, and Client product supply meetings.
How will you get there?
College Diploma in Business or Materials Management.
At least 5 years experience in Materials Management / Production Planning environment. Pharmaceutical industry experience would be an asset.
CPIM Designation preferred.
SAP or equivalent “Business Planning Tool” experience.
Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to balance and manage changing priorities.
Able to multi-task effectively.
