Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with product selections, and promote our beauty and skincare offerings. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring an inviting shopping environment to enhance overall customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized beauty consultations
- Assist clients with product demos, makeup applications, and skincare advice
- Maintain knowledge of current product lines, promotions, and store merchandising standards
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable items
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Organize merchandise displays to attract customer attention and optimize sales opportunities
- Conduct retail sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Engage in product demonstrations to educate customers about new or featured products
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform makeup applications and product demos confidently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products by understanding customer needs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a retail setting
