Summary
We are seeking a skilled Articulating Rock Truck Driver to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in supporting our excavation and construction operations by safely operating articulated rock trucks to transport materials across job sites in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate articulated rock trucks safely and efficiently across various construction sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.
- Assist with site preparation and material handling as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage and maintenance.
- Support other heavy equipment operations when required.
- Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience operating articulated rock trucks or similar heavy equipment.
- Valid commercial driver’s license with relevant endorsements.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Knowledge of site-specific safety regulations.
- Prior experience in residential construction or excavation preferred.
