Pacific Modular (Travel Required)
Pacific Modular is looking for a strong Lead Hand Carpenter to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small crew, stay organized, and keep work moving safely and efficiently on site. You’ll be working on modular construction projects both in a facility and across multiple locations, so willingness to travel is a must.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and working alongside a crew on modular construction and carpentry projects
- Coordinating daily tasks and keeping projects on schedule
- Reading and working from plans and specifications
- Ensuring safety standards are followed at all times
- Mentoring apprentices and less experienced crew members
- Communicating with supervisors, subcontractors, and team on progress and issues
What We’re Looking For
- Solid carpentry experience (Red Seal preferred but not required depending on candidate)
- Previous Lead Hand or supervisory experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to keep a crew on track
- Good problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel for projects (including out-of-town work)
