We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
- Complete food preparation and maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Ensure food is prepared safely and consistently
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment, and work area
- Properly store and rotate ingredients
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate and work well with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as needed
- Maintain Inventory and grocery lists
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when required
- Food Safety/Food Handler certification is an asset

Schedule
Must be available for a combination of Wednesday- Sunday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Enthusiasm for learning new culinary techniques and advancing your kitchen skills
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
