Customer Service & Sales Coordinator
DISTAULO Distribution specializes in delivering fresh fruits and vegetables to restaurants, caterers, institutions, and daycares across the Greater Montreal area.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails.
- Process customer orders received by phone, email, and through our website.
- Enter orders accurately into our system.
- Assist the sales team with customer service and administrative support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized customer and order records.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, sales support, office administration, or inside sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good computer skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (English/French).
