Shipping/Receiving & Embroidery Specialist
Great West Graphics is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on position that combines shipping and receiving, order preparation, and embroidery production.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and quality matter.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive and inspect incoming apparel and merchandise
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Pick and prepare orders for production and shipping
- Pack and label customer orders accurately
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Keep the shipping/receiving area clean and organized
- Help with general warehouse and production duties as needed
Embroidery
- Operate commercial embroidery equipment
- Prepare garments and materials for embroidery
- Hoop garments and load designs
- Monitor embroidery machines and troubleshoot basic issues
- Perform quality control and ensure finished products meet company standards
- Trim, finish, fold, and package embroidered garments
- Maintain clean and organized embroidery equipment and work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous embroidery experience
- Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling boxes/materials
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Experience with commercial embroidery machines and embroidery software is a strong asset
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll play an important role in getting our customers' orders produced, packed, and out the door accurately and on time.
Position: Full-Time
Location: Great West Graphics
Experience: Previous embroidery or shipping/receiving experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
