Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed structural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Bluebeam.
- Create accurate drafting and modeling for various construction projects, including bridges, buildings, and infrastructure.
- Perform structural analysis using Mathcad and other engineering tools to ensure designs meet safety and code requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate design efforts and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and documentation for project approval and regulatory review.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Bluebeam, and Drafting tools.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience with structural analysis software such as sframe, staad, etabs, etc.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and civil engineering principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
