JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Marketing & Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of Anka’s growth and client experience. This hybrid role blends creative marketing skills with operational and client-facing responsibilities. You'll be responsible for getting more people through our doors—and making sure they love every minute they spend with us.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Creative Strategy
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Design eye-catching flyers, visuals, and studio posters for promotions, events, and launches.
- Plan and execute video content creation & editing for social media and online campaigns.
- Write engaging copy for posts, emails, and web content with basic SEO optimization.
- Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Work on local outreach, collaborations, and partnerships to drive community visibility.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Understand Anka’s services and communicate their value confidently to new leads.
- Convert inquiries into trial bookings and memberships through strong sales skills.
- Follow up with trial clients and leads via phone, text, or email to ensure conversion.
- Hit and exceed monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Front Desk & Operations
- Welcome clients, assist with bookings, and manage scheduling software.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the studio (front desk, equipment, waiting area).
- Ensure smooth daily operation, managing supplies and studio needs.
- Provide customer service excellence—answer questions, resolve issues, and support clients’ needs.
- Track memberships, attendance, and provide weekly reports on performance.
Who You Are:
- Creative and confident, with strong content creation and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- A strategic thinker who understands digital marketing, especially in local business growth.
- Familiar with SEO, Google Business, and social media trends.
- Friendly and persuasive—you know how to close a sale and create lasting relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Tech-savvy (experience with booking software is a plus).
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a studio, wellness, or fitness environment is a major asset.
