Paramount Landscaping Inc. is seeking hardworking and reliable Landscape Construction Workers to join our growing team. This role involves the installation and construction of residential and commercial landscape projects including patios, retaining walls, gardens, sod, grading, planting, and other outdoor features.
The ideal candidate enjoys physical outdoor work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Install interlock, pavers, retaining walls, steps, and natural stone
- Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Install sod, soil, mulch, trees, shrubs, and plants
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow site plans, measurements, and instructions from supervisors
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures
- Assist with other construction or maintenance tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred
- Experience with interlock and hardscape installation considered an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from shop/job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid G Driver’s License considered an asset
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other equipment is an asset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Comfortable using hand and power tools

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
