We're Looking for Our Next Assistant General Manager (Night Shift)
Not every manager leads from behind a desk.
At Drifter Brew Co., our leaders are on the floor. They're greeting guests, serving tables, coaching teammates, solving problems, running food when needed, pouring the occasional pint, and making sure every person who walks through our doors has an experience worth coming back for.
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality as much as we do.
Someone who enjoys the pace of a busy restaurant. Someone who naturally jumps in to help. Someone who can lead a team while still rolling up their sleeves and being part of it.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead our evening operations while maintaining a serving section, working alongside an incredible team, and helping shape the culture that makes Drifter Brew Co. what it is.
