As an Event Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure atmosphere at various events. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling escalated situations, including conflicts or fights, while remaining calm and professional. This is a hands-on role that requires confidence, physical presence, and excellent decision-making skills.
- Monitor event premises to ensure safety and security for all attendees.
- Address and manage escalated situations, including de-escalating conflicts or physical altercations.
- Enforce event rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with event organizers and other security staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide assistance to guests and event staff as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security or a related field.
- Strong ability to handle escalated situations with professionalism and composure.
- Physical capability to manage high-pressure scenarios; candidates aged 25-50 and larger in size are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and reliable work ethic.
