Counteract Balancing Beads is a small business in Guelph, ON.
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Packager to join our team. Previous packaging experience is an asset but not required as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials accurately
- Use of hand-sealing equipment, packaging, weighing, and box sealing tools.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packaging specifications are met
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift 25lbs - 32lbs
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions/ Strong command of English language essential.
- Must be self-motivated and driven.
- Adhere to all company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- This is a piece work position, entry level starts at minimum wage and a proficient packager can earn well over $20/hour in a short time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.65-$20.00 per hour
