A well-established, privately owned orthodontic practice in South Surrey is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join its team.
This is a key role in the new-patient journey. We’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, highly personable and naturally skilled at building trust. You know how to listen, ask great questions, understand what matters to someone and help them feel confident moving forward with an important decision.
What You’ll Do
- Create an exceptional consultation experience for patients and families
- Build genuine relationships and understand each patient’s goals and concerns
- Clearly explain treatment recommendations, fees, payment options and next steps
- Confidently navigate questions or hesitation and help patients make informed decisions
- Thoughtfully follow up with patients who are considering treatment
- Work closely with the orthodontist and team to support an exceptional patient experience
- Contribute to practice goals and take pride in achieving strong results

Dental or orthodontic experience is an asset, but strong relationship-based and consultative experience is equally important. We’re interested in people who have demonstrated success building relationships, understanding individual needs and helping clients confidently move forward.
