We are seeking a full time or part time experienced dental hygienist to join our excellent care team.
Overview:
Our office is a family practice in Peterborough seeking an energetic, positive, and gentle dental hygienist who is passionate about providing professional dental hygiene service, building, and educating our patients on oral care.
Responsibilities:
· Prepares treatment room for patients by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols.
· Carefully following treatment plans as per the doctors’ discretion.
· Performing all aspects of dental hygiene services and maintaining proper sterilization techniques.
· Providing excellent patient care during all hygiene visits.
· Building strong patient relationships while maintaining professionally ethical behavior.
· Providing tailored experience based on patients’ expectations to develop and retain patient loyalty.
· Using effective communication skills and empathy when communicating with patients.
Requirements:
· Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program.
· Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within the province; in good standing.
· CPR Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $42.00-$52.00 per hour
