As a Junior Accountant in Inventory, your role is to perform daily balancing of inventory volumes, customer billings and month-end accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate accounting of inventory movements.

Your responsibilities:
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare monthly recurring journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform accurate and timely billings of product sales to customers
- Perform daily inventory balancing activities for assigned terminals and inventory locations
- Process inventory purchase invoices for payment
- Collaborate with Pricing, Tax, Operations to ensure inventory movements are accurately reported
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly/annual audit and tax support
- Perform user acceptance testing for changes/enhancements to ERP systems
- Assist with adhoc financial analysis, as required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications, particularly Excel
Your experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Pursuing or currently hold the CPA designation
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and/or inventory.
