Leslie & Associates is looking for an experienced Territory Representative to join our growing team located in Atlantic Canada.

We represent such brands as Whelen Engineering Co, Havis, All Fleet Solutions, Panorama Antennas and Pi-Lit. We also support our distribution partners, our end users, and original equipment manufacturers.
With over 25 years’ experience, we have proven ourselves to be of great value to the manufacturers that we represent. Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionally represent all product lines of Leslie & Associates including Whelen Engineering Co., Havis, OPS Public Safety, ELSAG and Pi-Lit.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Manage client relations which includes answering customer inquiries, identifying needs, and providing innovative solutions
- Manage full sales cycle which includes cold calling, networking, and providing constant customer service to our partners
- Ensuring brand awareness within assigned territory meets L&A's expectations.
- Analyze the territory potential, track sales and status reports
- Attend national and regional trade shows
- Ensure all CRM software and marketing material is up to date.
- Territory coverage in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of extensive outside sales experience
- Degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Must be open to flexible working hours and frequent travel
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Experience working in public safety is an asset
- Clean driving record
- Must be bondable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
