Duties

- Engage with potential clients through virtual meetings, calls, and emails to understand their needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Background in marketing, telemarketing, or technical sales is desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels
- Prior experience in customer service or business development will be beneficial
