Responsibilities:

Analysis of assigned tasks – anything from a small change for to support a production but to defining requirements for a major program.
- Requirements to get a change into working software.
Must Have Requirement:
-
Demonstrable business analysis capability within a technology team. Capital Markets trade flow background or Collateral Management experience.

Hands-on experience with Repo and/or Securities Lending.

Strong understanding of technology, including:
-
Ability to write basic SQL queries.
-
Experience with file transfers.
-
Ability to work with XML.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with developers – ask questions, ask follow-up questions, and document clearly.

Demonstrated experience using or actively engaging with AI tools: An interest in AI.
- Standard Windows programs are used extensively.
Nice to Have:
-
Experience with Collateral Management, particularly involving tri-party collateral.

Computer science or data science background is nice to have, but experience is better.

Jira experience, Agile experience (Kanban)
