We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our established Massage Therapy and Acupuncture clinic.
SUMMARY
The Operation Manager is responsible of overseeing the team, services and guest satisfaction. This includes modeling appropriate behavior, reiterating and keeping team aligned with company values: Listen with the intent to understand, Contribution & Joy. Important aspects of the role will be operations, business development, and some human resource duties. This individual is especially skilled at cultivating, inspiring, and bringing out the best in others, while creating structure and organization without compromising on the details.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
1. Oversee and perform front end duties
2. Handle all aspects of the MindBody Online program
3. Lead the Administration team in delivering brilliant guest service
4. Model professional attitude and lead the Administration team in delivering brilliant guest service
5. Inspire the team to become caring problem solvers
6. Assist in the design and implementation of office policies and procedures
7. Maintain the décor, equipment, suppliesand clinic maintenance
8. Develop schedules for all staff members
9. Manage all Accounts Receivables and Payable
10. Assist with marketing and other requests made by Owner
Human Resources
1. Help manage recruitment and selection of team
2. Develop training programs to assist team
3. Practitioners & Administrative team by addressing all concerns
4. Assist and mentor team through follow ups
5. Maintain company guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
6. Confirm policies and procedures are followed; evaluate performance; coach as needed
7. Ensure that relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures are met
8. Prepare all govt forms for employment, payroll, T4’s and ROE’s
Business Development
1. Evaluate customer requirements and current trends
2. Identify potential business opportunities
3. Complete projects within the timeframe
4. Review the project at completion (e.g., successes and challenges)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SPECIFICAITONS)
1. Management experience or degree in Business
2. Strong understanding of Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures related to industry
3. Excellent problem-solving, time management, stress management, and emotional intelligence skills
4. Ability to identify business opportunities
5. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
6. Capability to work flexible hours and on call when front end needs
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
1. Meets all Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures
2. Records are kept neat, accurate and can easily be interpreted
3. Sends Owner monthly updates
4. Manual changes are communicated to all staff within one week
5. Addresses staff concerns within 24 hours

- Regular Schedule as of September 16th: 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
