NCRi is growing again in our third party division! We are looking for Call Center Representatives to join our rapidly growing team!

FULL TIME – PERMANENT
As a Call Center Representative you will:
Contact consumers to resolve their debts in a timely fashion
Document accounts and meet quality assurance standards
Negotiate, problem solve and build rapport with consumers
Identify consumer needs, answer inquiries and come up with payment resolutions by asking probing questions and understanding their reason for delinquency
Provide service with a smile
Participate in coaching, training, mentoring, side by sides and other company initiatives
Bring it! You're qualified if you:
Love working in finance, collections or accounts receivables
Are driven by earning commissions and meeting/exceeding goals and targets
Are driven, self-motivated and willing to learn
Are interested in and able to learn new technologies quickly
Have strong decision-making skills and the ability to problem solve on the fly
Have the ability to pass a background check
