Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize communication skills to engage with a diverse customer base, including bilingual interactions when applicable
- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or follow-up calls
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, technology sales is preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are a plus for serving a diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management capabilities
