We’re expanding our vibrant team at Mission Eye Care and are looking for someone eager to grow with us full time in our Patient Care Coordinator role!
Mission Eye Care is a lively, customer-service orientated clinic. With both our optometry and medical aesthetic clinics growing, the right candidate will bring their skills and expertise to continue to foster growth and long-term relationships with our patients. Whether you’re coming from a retail, hospitality, or health care background, your ability to connect with people and drive results is what matters most. We are committed to training all employees to ensure top of the line knowledge and care.
What You'll Do:
- Greet patients, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience
- Respond to phone calls, texts and emails promptly and professionally
- Book appointments and manage schedules
- Educate patients about services and products
- Process insurance claims and referrals
- Guide patients through purchase decisions and product sales
- Take initiative and support the team with other administrative duties as needed

*Experience in optometry, aesthetics, or medical office administration is a strong asset, but not required.
