Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Customer Experience Associate. This role is ideal for someone who has an understanding of quick-service, restaurant standards and expectations, and delivering results through a people-first approach. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing and following up on food safety standards in the restaurant, and completing visits that measure customer satisfaction through drive thru, curbside, and dine in experiences in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
· Through auditing forms, follow up on restaurant compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
· Conduct restaurant visits through a guest perspective, and complete internal inspections in the restaurant with an emphasis on food safety practices
· Provide detailed summary of each visit, and communicate effectively to both the restaurant and supervisor
· Coach and support team members using a collaborative, people-first leadership style.
· Prepare reports, track compliance metrics, and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
· Travel between locations as required to complete the required visits
Qualifications
· Basic knowledge of food safety practices
· Understanding of customer service expectations
· Proficient in Microsoft
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience conducting audits, inspections, or operational reviews in a multi-unit restaurant environment
· Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
