Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient process of sales in their territory along with providing the best customer service to current and future customers.

Qualifications for this role:
- Post-secondary education - experience and superior communication skills accepted in lieu of education.
- 4+ years new home sales experience; you know and love our industry and 'get it'.
- 2 years marketing or business development experience. Your ownership lens means that you participate in the marketing of your retail centre and procurement of future opportunities.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
