Job Title: General Labourer
Operate CNC and manual machining equipment, including lathes and milling machines, to fabricate and process parts according to production requirements. Load materials and components into machines, monitor production runs for quality and efficiency, and communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production targets are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following company safety and operational procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic machine shop and manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to operate shop equipment and hand tools safely
- Attention to detail and quality inspection skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately
- Strong teamwork and housekeeping skills
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks
