We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Arabic speaknig Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer support in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly with proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Experience
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Excellent proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience as a clerk or in customer support roles is beneficial
